SHIPPING & RETURNS
Products will be shipped out as quickly as possible, if there is an issue with your order you will be notified by email, which you provide at the time of check out. Please note that if you order custom items or laser engraved items those are made on-site and can delay shipping by a day or two. Items are shipping through Priority USPS mail.
DAMAGED PACKAGES, RETURN, EXCHANGE POLICY
We do our best to avoid damaged products, unfortunately, though it does happen. In the event that you receive a damaged package please take a photo of the damaged package and item and email them to email@example.com along with the order number. If you do not have the order number the items purchased and your address will help us look up the order.
Returns & exchanges are done on a case-by-case basis. No used items can be returned. Contact us with any issues with your order by phone, text, or email.
