About the Recipe


Lamb Patty Ingredients

  • 1 lb. Defaid Livestock Ground Lamb Meat

  • 2 Whole Jalapenos Chopped

  • 5 Slices of Cooked Bacon Chopped

  • 1/4 Cup Hot Bentley's Batch 5 Bloody Mary Mix

  • 1 TBSP Onion Powder

Patty Seasoning Ingredients

  • 1 TBSP Defaid Red Meat Seasoning

  • 2 TBSP Defaid Roasted Garlic Cottonseed Oil

  • 2 tsp Sea Salt

  • 1 tsp Black Pepper

Defaid Spicy Ranch Sauce

  • 1/4 cup Ranch Dressing

  • 3 TBSP Defaid Emporium Pepper Sauce


  1. In a large mixing bowl blend together all patty ingredients. Once mixed well start making small patties. I use a patty maker, if you don't have one of these make a 2-3 inch ball and then flatten.

  2. Mix together all of the seasoning ingredients in a small bowl.

  3. Use a basting brush to thoroughly coat both sides of each lamb patty with the garlic cottonseed oil, and then sprinkle the seasoning on both sides of the patties.

  4. Place the patties on the grill and cook over medium heat until they are to your desired temperature. (145 degrees is medium-well)

  5. When the patties are done place them on your favorite slider bun, along with your favorite fixings. We suggest our Defaid Spicy Ranch.
