This sterling silver and lapis necklace is a timeless piece handcrafted by Navajo silversmith Carolyn Sandoval known for her distinctive hallmark detailed silverwork of flowing feather inspired elements and details. The contrast of deep lapis against the silver creates a piece that stands out while still feeling timeless. This is true vintage find and in very good condition. Her work was also sold through the Les Baker Shop starting in the early 1970's. For anyone who collects pieces from the Sandoval family or appreciates Navajo craftmanship this necklace is for you.
