The Rio Grande Prickly Pear flavor contains Big Wick's signature Mesquite Smoked Jalapenos and Rio Grande Prickly Pear Juice that was harvested and squeezed in South Texas.  This special, small batch, limited production was produced in collaboration with Brushfire Farms in San Antonio, Texas. 
 
This glaze is great with cream cheese or used on your smoked meats.  Some people are even being creative and making mixed drinks with it.
