I am wearing a small, but can also wear a medium. 
These are more form fitting than the long sleeve shirts or the short sleeve shirts.  
I like the fit and lenght these hoodies.  
If you want to wear them solo, you can size down, if you want to layer them, you might want to stick
with your true fit. 
These are super comfy and I have not noticed any shrinkage.
